You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from psychotherapy…

Sometimes we outgrow the person we’ve learned to be—an identity, a relationship, a way of living, a career, or beliefs that once made sense.

The beliefs and identities we develop serve important purposes. They help us navigate relationships, work, family, and the world around us. But sometimes life changes faster than our understanding of ourselves.

You may be functioning well and still recognize that something fundamental has changed.

This is psychotherapy for people who are ready to think deeply about what comes next.

Part of psychotherapy can be recognizing what no longer fits, understanding why it was there in the first place, and deciding what deserves to come with us into the next chapter.

  • I’ve accomplished what I thought I wanted, but I’m not sure what’s next

  • A major life transition has changed how I see myself

  • I know something about the way I’ve been living needs to change

  • I want to make an important decision with more clarity

  • I’ve been carrying something for a long time and want dedicated time to work through it

Like shedding old skin, the process isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about making room for who you are becoming.

How it Works
