A Dash of Mindfulness Psychotherapy

With telehealth talk therapy options for adults in the state of TX, help is truly just around the corner. Let’s make space for you, today.

“When you begin to touch your heart or let your heart be touched, you begin to discover that it's bottomless, that it doesn’t have any resolution, that this heart is huge, vast and limitless. You begin to discover how much warmth and gentleness is there, as well as how much space.”

Intake

Getting established

I am currently treating adults located in Texas (and soon to be Virginia) via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Whether you are interested in individual or group sessions—this will be the first appointment you make. At this initial session I will collect your history, presenting concerns, and goals for treatment. We will decide what interventions best suit your needs. We will make a plan for what therapy will look like moving forward and finalize important paperwork.

Individual Follow-up

Getting going

During these one-on-one sessions we will work on the treatment goals set during your intake. Please click the learn more button for specific modalities and therapies that might interest you. As you share and process your struggles, I will weave in therapeutic interventions to our dialogue, chosen specifically for you and your circumstance. The result? You will learn how to attach meaning to your past, appreciate your present, and embrace to your future.

Group Sessions

Getting together

I enjoy facilitating a variety of groups based on client interest and need. Past process-oriented groups have focused on self exploration through art/expression, mindful meditation, and story-telling. Other psychoeducational groups have focused on tackling a structured curriculum to target a specific common issue. This is an option that can supplement individual work or stand alone as more economical treatment choice.
